All team members must be full members (Youth, High-School, One-Parent Family, or Family) of the Keene Family YMCA.

Evaluation
Swimmers new to the team schedule an evaluation to confirm they have the required skills and to find the right training group.
Register
Complete the registration packet and register with USA Swimming. KYD is a dual-affiliated YMCA/USA swim team.

Joining the Team
The Keene Family YMCA (KYD) Dolphins Swim Team is comprised of children ages 6-18. All team members must be a member at the Keene Family YMCA.
All swimmers interested in becoming a member of KYD should inquire with Morgan Allard, Aquatics Director or the team head coach .
To join the team, swimmers must complete the registration packet for the current season. The packet includes Health Forms, Proof of Active Membership, Copy of Birth Certificate, and Acknowledgement of Swimmer and Parent Codes of Conduct, and USA Swimming Registration. KYD is a dual-affiliated YMCA/USA swim team and requires all team members be registered members of USA Swimming. More information on USA Swimming can be found at www.usaswimming.org.
Season tuition
When you commit your child to joining the swim team, you are committing to pay for the entire season tuition, whether it's in a single lump sum or spread out over the length of the season in monthly payments. This is not an a la carte program. The season starts in September for the Duskys, Silver and Gold groups and in October for the Spinners and Strypers groups.
Monthly payments are simply the entire season's fee broken down into monthly payments, automatically withdrawn from your YMCA account. You may also pay the entire season's tuition in a lump sum. Payment arrangements are made through the Aquatics Director, Morgan Allard.
Your swimmer can't attend practice until a payment has been made. If you foresee issues with timely payments, communicate them in advance so arrangements can be made to avoid penalty.
